Jessica Spicer
Jess is a holistic health practitioner with an academic background in neuroscience and psychology and a passion for understanding human behavior, mental health, and physiology. After facing her own health struggles post-graduation, she quickly realized that mainstream nutrition and conventional medicine were only making her sicker. This experience led her into the world of holistic health, where she found meaningful, lasting healing by returning to real food and natural living. Today, Jess blends her psychology background with a whole-body approach to help others understand the root causes of their symptoms, and find sustainable healing.
Jess supports individuals who struggle with mental and emotional health concerns like anxiety, low mood, and brain fog, who haven’t found healing through the conventional system. Her work focuses on addressing the physical foundations that influence mental health, including true nourishment, gut health, metabolic function, hormonal balance, and nervous system support. She believes mental and physical health are deeply connected, and she helps clients restore balance from the inside out.
Jess shares educational content and holistic perspectives on mental and physical health on Instagram at @freelywelljess. She also writes longer-form content on her Substack, Freely Well with Jess, where she dives deeper into health and wellness topics.
