Jenni Vanden Berg

Jenni is a NICU nurse turned holistic practitioner and the heart behind Salt & Honey Wellness. Her work was born from lived experiences-- running on fumes, caring deeply for her children, and quietly knowing that womanhood and motherhood were never meant to feel depleted.

After watching the system fall short for her own children, she felt a deep calling to learn how to truly support their little bodies and build healthy foundations for healing. That search led beyond conventional care and into holistic wellness, where root causes matter, the body is honored, and healing is possible.

Jenni's work is deeply personal and purpose-led. What began as a search for answers became a calling-- to guide other moms toward a more peaceful, nourishing way of caring for themselves and their children.

Jenni serves both moms and children at Salt & Honey. She works with moms who are exhausted by quick fixes and surface-level advice. The moms who feel something deeper is driving their child's recurring symptoms or their own digestive issues, exhaustion, and hormone imbalances.

Jenni works closely with mothers to take a deep dive into nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and environment. She uses functional lab testing including HTMA, GI-maps, and Dutch hormone panels to help clients connect the dots between root causes, lifestyle patterns, nutrition, environment, and nervous system balance.

Jenni's work resonates deeply with moms who are sick of chasing the next health trend for themselves or hearing "they'll grow out of it" for their children. Moms who are ready to feel empowered with clarity, education, and real-life tools for themselves and their children. Moms who are ready to feel confident in their intuition and return to what is simple, sacred, and sustaining.
